Many people have a stressful everyday life. They find it difficult to spend enough time and motivation for sports and healthy nutrition. We at ECPA13 have therefore made it our task to show all the busy people out there solutions but still lead a fit life.
We, the ECPA13 team, want to initiate a change in people’s minds in order to make fitness easier for all those who are not able to achieve or maintain their desired fitness due to their life circumstances. At this point we would like to take the opportunity to briefly introduce you to who exactly is behind this blog and its articles.

After three years as a management consultant, I am now working as a project manager for a ECPA13 group. Due to a lot of stress and long working hours, the washboard stomach seemed to remain a wish in the meantime. I felt increasingly uncomfortable and unattractive. But I didn’t want to accept this circumstance.
Today I am in good shape again and colleagues often ask me about weight loss tips and the secret of my sports motivation. Since I am apparently not alone with my problem, I founded ECPA13 in February 2014.
With ECPA13 I want to impart knowledge about sports and nutrition and show simple ways to use it in everyday life.
